The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies for entry into the Nigerian logistics market functioning as a platform country in the Western Africa Region. In order to such a purpose, first, literature survey based on data and statistics materials published by international and national research institutes is carried out and analyzed. Second, industry structure, trade environment, taxation system, import and export structure related to logistics are summarized. Third, logistics situation and prospects by logistics sector such as shipping, air, rail, road are suggested. Finally, entry sector and strategy are drawn out based on such analysis results. It is considered that this study could contribute to establishing the entry strategies into the Nigerian logistics industry.
