Body management therapy is widely used to make a change in body composition due to stimulation of the body. Salt massage on the skin friction improves blood circulation and leads to physiological capillaries expansion. This paper focuses on the effect of salt massage on body composition, obesity reduction, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. The subjects of this study are 20 women who asked to do salt massage (10 min.), sauna (20 mim.) and steam room (30 min.). They are divided by two group and the experiment data is gathered by before the experiment and after to compare the salt effect. Major findings of this study are as follows: Frist, salt massage leads the change of body composition of experimental group, especially it influences the weight loss and reducing body fat, the increasing the skeletal muscle and protein. Second, salt massage effects the decreasing abdominal fat and the ratio of body fat. Third, salt massage influences the reducing of blood sugar, hemoglobin, cholesterol and Triglycerides. But, there is no justification for the difference of fat hormone changes through salt massage of this experiment.
