Korea energy economics institute analyzed that the amount of used energy was increased, despite of high energy price. Korean government is pushing ahead with the policy for 'Low Carbon Green Growth' to deal with climate changes and to overcome energy problems. And many studies for low carbon green city or zero carbon city have been progressed. In this study, energy plants were selected by neural network analysis considering urban features and energy supply scenario was set on city planning. Also the way to evaluate energy scenario could be proposed to apply various energy plants for energy demand and made to systematize it. The calculated values were changed into index for comparison according to each energy scenario. Carbon reduction scenario was applied to evaluate actual city from each algorithm. Five energy supply scenarios by carbon reduction rate were evaluated in G complex.

국내에서는 지구온난화에 의한 기후변화에 대처할 뿐만 아니라 고유가에 따른 에너지 문제를 극복하고 저탄소 녹색성장이란 국가적 패러다임을 실천하기 위해 저탄소 녹색도시 또는 탄소 제로도시를 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 도시계획단계에서부터 미활용에너지, 신재생에너지 등 저탄소 에너지원의 선정 및 평가 등에 관한 방법론이 정립되어 있지 않아 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 선행연구의 결과에서 제시된 알고리즘을 바탕으로 경기도 성남시의 G지구를 대상으로 4가지의 탄소저감율별 도시 에너지 플랜트를 평가함으로써 저탄소 녹색도시 수립을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
