The purpose of this study was to analyze biomechanical parameters between hook and uppercut in boxing. Five elite boxer were participated in this study for the comparison. The 3D kinematic and EMG data were collected for each punch techniques. Conclusion is as following. In anterior-posterior displacement of COG, hook was posterior and uppercut was anterior direction on right punch. In vertical displacement of COG, uppercut was lower than hook on right punch. In rotation angular displacement of shoulder and hip, uppercut was more left rotation than hook. In displacement of elbow joint, hook was more extended than uppercut and right elbow was more extended than left elbow. In displacement of shoulder joint, hook was more extended than uppercut and left elbow was more extended than right elbow. In velocity of hand, hook was faster than uppercut. In acceleration of hand, hook was faster than uppercut and right hand was faster than left hand. In EMG of erector spinae, there was no significant.
