The present study was to develope the Model of Korean Enneagram Self-directed Learning(MKESL). MKESL are combined with the nature of Ennegram, 9 personality type and Self-directed learning in terms of the models assisting in personal growth.
The model provides the human potentiality with the system of interventions for the change to improve individual's the ability of Self-directed learning and spirituality.
Also, the model is composed of 5 structural elements with stages. 1) human behaviors are related to motivation based on home and social-cultural background. 2) self-diagnosis and self-discovery based on self-dircected learning readiness and 9 personality. 3) Self-directed learning instruction-learning process(motivation and emotion regulation, cognition regulation, behavior regulation) and Enneagram integration process(the balance of survival instinct, virtue, holy idea), 4. assessment of the ability of Self-directed learning and spirituality. 5) finally, self-realization in terms of freedom and happiness.
In combining the Enneagram and Self-directed learning, this study create a model for psychotherapy that can be used as a guide by counselors and therapists or by interested individuals as an approach to personal growth.

한국어

본 연구의 목적은 자기주도학습과 에니어그램을 비교분석하여 한국형에니어그램 자기주도학습 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 양자 모두는 주도적으로 자기분석 및 자기발견을 도모하여 자기주도학습능력을 향상하고 의식성장을 증진시켜 주도적인 자기실현인이 되어 건강한 자유인이 되는 것이다.
한국형에니어그램 자기주도학습 모형은 1) 한 개인이 주도적으로 동기유발되는 가정사회문화적인 환경을 조성하고, 2) 자기진단 및 자기발견을 통해 자기주도학습 준비도와 자신의 기본성격을 시발점으로, 3) 자기주도학습과정(동기 및 정서조절, 인지조절, 행동조절)과 에니어그램통합과정(생존본능의 균형, 미덕, 신성한 사고)을 통하여 자기주도학습능력과 의식성장을 도모하고, 4) 성공적 학습자와 통합된 전인에 대한 총평을 통해 피드백하고, 5) 궁극적으로 자기실현을 하는 과정으로 개발되었다. 개발된 한국형에니어그램 자기주도학습 모형은 청소년들에게 자기성장과 발전에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.
