This paper examined the effect of abdomen massage by hand therapy on physique change. Based on the analysis of thirty cases, the following results were found. First, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the relationship between experimental and control group have a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change. Second, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the relationship between pretest and posttest group have a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change. Third, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the educational level within experimental group have a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change. Fourth, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the job within experimental group have a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change. Fifth, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the spouse status within experimental group have a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change. Sixth, after abdomen message by hand therapy, the monthly income level within experimental group have not a significant difference on abdomen size and physique change.
