Home care is develops and becomes part of the health care delivery system in an advanced country. Then it is necessary to understand home visiting physical therapy, which will be needed as the new therapeutic field in the future. There is insufficiency and shortage of therapeutic facilities compared with the aged and handicapped person who is necessary for physical therapy. So that home visiting physical therapy is needed as an alternative plan. This study was reviewed a relate article and reconstructed contents that physical therapy was essential for visiting health care program. This study was performed to investigate necessity and features of service required for home visiting physical therapy in formerly study. And it describe present aspects of home visiting physical therapy in the visiting health care program within a country also abroad. We indicates problem that is consist of individual and statical problem, also propose the progressive device such as well trained specialist, well-equipped facilities, financial and legal support, positive co-operation between people involved in home visiting physical therapy.
