Hangul signature verification is a one-to-one comparison where, given two handwriting samples, one would like to determine whether the two samples have been written by the same person or not. in this paper. we has been an active research through comparison of Similar rate of Characteristics Classification acording to beginning stroke, ending stroke and bending part etc. the Result are observed 86 primary characteristics for 9 consonants(ㄱ,ㄴ,ㄷ,ㅁ,ㅅ,ㅇ,ㅈ,ㅊ,ㅎ). In a comparison of standard and trial handwriting, 3 samples of similar rate in a writing has proven to disguise or deliberate about 21 change rate. also In a comparison of questioned and trial handwriting, indicated that 3 consonant(ㄴ,ㅁ,ㅅ) showed difference in standard deviation(10 more than). These method compared range of natural, deliberate variation for these elements within the writings with which it is being compared therefore we propose objectivity and quantitative on based analysis to make writer identification of a two method. These data must be considered and accumulated by computer date base.

본 연구에서 제시한 이동상의 특징을 세분화하여 공통적으로 적용시키는 특징분류 실험 방법을사용하였다. 시료 10건의 소송사건에서 발생된 10명의 각 3종의 필적(문제필적, 평소필적, 시필)에 대해9개 자음에서 총 86개의 특징점을 확인하였다. 시료 3에서 평소/시필의 유사율 비교결과 21%로 다른사람의 필적 또는 위필임을 확인하였다. 또한 9개의 자음에 대해 평소필적과 문제필적과의 유시율 비교 결과 ㄴ, ㅁ, ㅅ에서 표준편차 10이상으로 다른 자음과 차이가 상대적으로 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한세분화된 특징분류방법의 적용은 보다 객관적이기 때문에 재현성, 신뢰성 그리고 신속한 데이터 처리를위한 컴퓨터 알고리즘 구축이 필요할 것이다.
