The consistency, which does not change within an individual's handwriting, and the discriminability, which makes difference from others' handwritings, are important factors in writer identification, since each handwriting has those two features. In this paper, we measured the angles and the ratios of strokes' lengths, which are distinctive factors in consonants and vowels in Hangul, in one handwritten Hangul document, and performed T-test to verify consistency and discriminability. As a result, we found out there is the consistency in one person's handwriting, and the discriminability in several people's handwritings, even though there were few differences according to the kinds of the consonants and vowels.

개인필적이 가지는 한결같은 특징인 항상성과 다른 사람의 필적과 구분되게 하는 특징인 차별성은 필적 감정에 있어 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 한 문서 내에 있는 한글 자음, 모음들의 특징 요소인 각의 크기와 획의 길이 비를 측정하고 항상성과 차별성을 검증하기 위해 독립검정 T 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자음과 모음의 종류에 따라 다소 간의 차이는 있으나, 한 사람의 필적 내에서는 항상성이, 여러 사람들의 필적 간에는 차별성이 나타나는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.
