The purpose of this paper is domestic coexistence (Work Life Balance; WLB) with I am in the modern Japanese society, and becoming the topic though I examine factor (the Decisive Factors of Work Life Balance) where policy prescribes fixation and premise to matter and it to come true in the whole world, there is it. In addition, it is judged for a reason and the cause that introduced WLB is rarely fixed in Japanese society from U.S.A. if a searching examination is necessary at various points of view. I showed two kinds of important points that were judged if necessary to understand the cause and reason in the paper that I advanced and read. The one is a point that at first exact concept and justice for WLB must be considered to be it. In addition, a discussion for the correct recognition that what that other one is called WLB and Balance when they do it is a point to be necessary. Finally I pointed out the need of the switch of the idea that based it on the correct recognition for Balance by the conclusion of this paper that I read and pointed out various problems for the condition of Balance in its turn.

일본어

本稿の目的は現代日本社会において話題になっている仕事と家庭の両立(Work Life　Balance;WLB)政策が社会全般に定着及び実現されるための前提条件とそれを規定する要因(the Decisive Factors of Work Life Balance)を明らかにすることにある. またアメリカから紹介された WLBが日本社会になかなか定着されていない理由と原因に対して多様な観点での解明が必要であると認識している. したがって本論文ではその原因と理由を明らかにするために必要だと判断される重要なポイント2点を提示した. その一つは WLBに対する正確な概念と定義がまずされなければならないという点である. またもう一つは WLBという時の Balanceという(のは)何なのかに対する正確な認識に対する論議が必要だという点である.本稿はこれらについて厳密な論点と定義、そしていくつかの要因を浮き彫りにしている。最後に本論文の結論ではBalanceに対する正確な認知を背景にした発想の転換の必要性を指摘すると共に、Balanceの条件に対する多様な問題点をも指摘した.
