This paper examined the technology acceptance model and performance of E-trade. The availability and convenience were as proxy for the acceptance factor of E-trade. The operation information, operation support, operation extension were as proxy for the information technology utility factor of E-trade. The financial performance and competitive performance were as proxy for the performance factor of E-trade. Based on the analysis of three hundred cases, the following results were found. First, the availability of acceptance factor of E-trade has a positively significant influence on the information technology utility factor of E-trade. Second, the convenience of acceptance factor of E-trade has a positively significant influence on the information technology utility factor of E-trade. Third, the information technology utility factor of E-trade has a positively significant influence on the performance factor of E-trade.

본 연구는 전자무역의 기술수용모형과 성과 간의 관련성에 대해 분석하였다. 전자무역의 수용요인에는 유용성과 편이성 등의 변수들이 포함되었고, 전자무역의 정보기술 활용도에는 업무정보화, 업무지원성, 업무확장성과 같은 변수들이 연구모형에 포함되었다. 또한 전자무역의 성과요인에는 재무적성과와 경쟁적성과 같은 변수들이 연구모형에 포함되었다. 본 연구는 전자무역을 도입한 전체 300개 업체를 대상으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 전자무역의 유용성과 같은 전자무역의 수용요인은 전자무역의 정보기술 활용도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 전자무역의 편이성과 같은 전자무역의 수용요인은 전자무역의 정보기술 활용도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 전자무역의 정보기술 활용도는 전자무역의 성과요인에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다.
