Abstract : People in modern society have a high interest in leisure time due to the increased standard of quality of life and additional of free time. One of the most significant facilities is public parks for children. The reason is that it is a good indication to show people that the government gives the public service to citizens equally. The number of children’s parks is decreasing gradually. The facilities in the parks have been sitting there for ages without any upgrade. However, the children in these days are changing dramatically so the facilities are way too old for them. That fact leads less children utilize the parks day by day. In addition, the lack of care for the installation in the children’s parks causes the deterioration. Then, the deterioration of facility can cause safety issue and dangerous accidents for children. Not to mention misuse of the grounds is the one of the biggest issue as well. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to build the parks which have diverse themes which people of all ages can use.
