To solve the problem produced from regionally unbalanced growth policy and to achieve the balanced regional development between the east and the west in China, many papers and researches suggest that the west should be developed with big push. And Xinjiang province also should be selected as a core region of the development.. Korean firms and international enterprises could join the process of the big push in western region in China, and they could well be harmonized with Xinjiang province and Central Asian Countries (Shanghai Six). Moreover, Xinjiang province and Korea could make and open up a new and big market in Central Asian countries and western region in China, as is the so called win-win project for each side. Several fields of industry can be selected for the potential investment in Xinjiang province by Korean firms and enterprises. For the harmonized business in the region, some risk analysis and proper investment strategy should be done and planed. With SWOT analysis, the four features of Xinjiang province - strength, weak, opportunity and threat features for doing business in the district - could be drawn out and united each other to do risk analysis and get proper investment strategy. For the purpose of inviting more foreign investment in Xinjiang, the regional government should concentrate on improving various business circumstances and also on inviting multinational enterprises, which would easily accompanied by not a few companies. It is also needed that Korean government and government related institutes should encourage Xinjiang local government and Chinese government to actively improve business circumstances.
