Relationship among organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior of members sport organization
In current society, roles and size of sports has been increasing gradually, according to this, organizational citizenship behavior is required strategy for improvement of efficiency of organization through effective human resource management and introduction of professional management system. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior perceived by members of sports organization. For this, the research was carried by collecting materials through survey on the subject of the employees who are working for the National Council of Sports for All which would be the highest institution to cultivate and propagate domestic sports for all among sports organizations and affiliated councils of sports for all of cities and provinces. In addition, as for treatment of materials, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis were carried out by using SPSS 16.0 program, and confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were carried out by AMOS 7.0 program. Due to above research methods and procedures, the results are as follows: First, as for distributive justices perceived by members in sports organization, it was appeared that it has positive (+) influence on organizational trust. Second, as for procedural justices perceived by members in sports organization, it was appeared that it has positive (+) influence on organizational trust. Third, as for distributive justices perceived by members in sports organization, it was appeared that it has positive (+) influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, as for procedural justices perceived by members in sports organization, it was appeared that it has positive (+) influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, as for organizational trust perceived by members in sports organization, it was appeared that it has positive (+) influence on organizational citizenship behavior.

현대사회에 있어서 신체활동 연구의 주요 탐구과제는 ‘신체활동을 통한 교육’으로부터 ‘인간의 기본적인 움직임’을 목표로 하는 스포츠적인 움직임을 중심으로 한 생명 활동의 개념으로 급속히 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 본학회는 ‘체육’적인 요소에서 ‘스포츠’적인 요소를 중심으로 한 학문적 정체성을 견고히 하고, 정기적인 학술지 발간과 학술활동을 통해 한국스포츠츠 문화의 발전과 학문적인 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
