The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between specialization, perceived motivational climates and sport fun of scuba diving club members. Scuba diving in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to participate in selecting members. 254 people were sampled in the study. Take advantage of this program, depending on the purpose of data analysis work, SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 of the computer has processed the input data. The reliability analysis and structural equation modeling statistical techniques, correlation analysis and data processing methods, were used. The results were as follows: First, the scuba club Synchronous specialization of activities and fun atmosphere and has a significant positive correlation. Second, the scuba club Synchronous specialization of activities and fun atmosphere effected on. Third, the motivation in a fun atmosphere, has had a positive effect, specializing in leisure activities and fun to the role of mediator between.
