This research is based on development plan of youth culture of Gachang-myeon, Dalsung-gun, Daegu which provides both easy approach for youth to use cultural place and satisfaction of cultural desire inside of them so that, they can do various of activities and friendly relationship Through these kind of youth cultural experience and education as experience and informed about their carrier interest or course, that there is a possibility of doing the duty of community ability development it expects. Focused on the easy accessibility and friendship feeling for the youth and local resident, the problem about the slant line's regulation control was solved by the shape of the floor and open space. And through the open space we planed to secure the natural light, ventilation and the view. We also planed the circulation system organically so that it can have more recognize, dynamic, and symbol between the access from the inside and outside space
