The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of sport center employee`s perceptions of human resource management on their organizational commitment. In order to achieve this purpose, 219 subjects were selected from 8 sport centers in Seoul by the stratified cluster sampling method. The questionnaire`s validity was evaluated by a group of experts, and its reliability was judged based on the .70∼.89 Cronbach`s alpha values. Then data were analyzed using PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The goodness of fit and the respective hypothesis for the study were tested by structural equation model analysis, and the result is the followings, First, Educational training had no impact on their organizational commitment. Second, Performance Appraisal had no impact on their organizational commitment. Third, Compensation had a significantly positive impact on their organizational commitment. Fourth, Welfare had a significantly positive impact on their organizational commitment. Fifth, Motivation had a significantly positive impact on their organizational commitment.

현대사회에 있어서 신체활동 연구의 주요 탐구과제는 ‘신체활동을 통한 교육’으로부터 ‘인간의 기본적인 움직임’을 목표로 하는 스포츠적인 움직임을 중심으로 한 생명 활동의 개념으로 급속히 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 본학회는 ‘체육’적인 요소에서 ‘스포츠’적인 요소를 중심으로 한 학문적 정체성을 견고히 하고, 정기적인 학술지 발간과 학술활동을 통해 한국스포츠츠 문화의 발전과 학문적인 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
