This study is aimed at investigating golf professor’s improvement of professional elements and changes in instruction through instructional consulting experience. For this, consultantee professor with 3 to 5 years experience, consultant professor with more than 10 years experience and 26 students participated in class were selected as research participants. The instructional consulting process was proceeded through action-research method, and the results were analyzed by qualitative data approach method. Based on the results of data analysis for this study, selection and utilization of teaching/learning methods was selected as a topic for golf class consulting first, and then instructional consulting was carried out. In the assessment stage, it turned out that most students were positive toward changes in class, and opportunities to enhance effectiveness of instruction and self-examination were provided for consultantee professors. In conclusion, it can be said that the potential of instructional consulting in the aspects of class improvement and development of teaching expertise were presented in this study.

현대사회에 있어서 신체활동 연구의 주요 탐구과제는 ‘신체활동을 통한 교육’으로부터 ‘인간의 기본적인 움직임’을 목표로 하는 스포츠적인 움직임을 중심으로 한 생명 활동의 개념으로 급속히 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 본학회는 ‘체육’적인 요소에서 ‘스포츠’적인 요소를 중심으로 한 학문적 정체성을 견고히 하고, 정기적인 학술지 발간과 학술활동을 통해 한국스포츠츠 문화의 발전과 학문적인 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
