The purpose of this study is to explore the process of generation of social capital of social workers in community-based social welfare organizations focused on the components of social capital. For this purpose, I analyzed path analysis with the data of 493. The results is the social capital of the members in social welfare organizations is generated from the various networks and developed to trust and then reciprocity during some periods. In other words, the members in social welfare organizations can meet and interact in any reasons in the community. ie. bridging networks, bonding networks and linking networks. And they get trusted each other on their "public goods" "perspectives of community" from the experiences for some periods. After they trust each other more then, they can exchange with reciprocal norms. From the results, we can know concretely the process of generation of social capital of social workers especially focused on the components of social capital. So we can know the strategies how we can generate and accumulate the social capital of social workers in community-based social welfare organizations as well as the social capital of the community.

본 논문은 지역사회를 기반으로 하는 사회복지기관 사회복지사들의 사회자본 형성과정을 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 경로분석 결과, 사회자본 형성의 출발은 다양한 종류의 네트워크였으며, 어느 정도의 상호작용을 지속함으로써 특히 연계형 네트워크를 통하여 신뢰가 형성되고, 신뢰가 두터워지면서 호혜적인 교환관계로 발전되는 과정으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사회자본 형성에 대한 이해를 증진시킬 수 있는 자료가 되며, 지역사회복지기관 사회복지사들의 사회자본 형성을 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하고 더 나아가 지역사회 사회자본 축적을 위한 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.
