The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of health concern and purchase of environmental friendly agricultural products(through an analysis on the understanding degree, the level and inclination of consumption, the satisfaction degree of consumption, and the comprehension degree of production and circulation process of the environment friendly agricultural products) and to determine the relationship between health concern and purchase of environmental friendly agricultural products. The subjects were 100 male(26.9%) and 272 female(73.1%), who were over 20 years with mean age of 39.6 years. The data was collected using personal interviews and a self administrated questionnaire from August 1 to September 30, 2009. Health concern was measured using the 5-items, and purchase of environmental friendly agricultural products was measured using the 3-6-items. The data were analysed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple logistic regression using the SPSS 15.0 windows. Regarding health concern, the subjects was a mean of 3.00 out of a maximum 5 points. And promote, confidence and quality factor of customer of satisfaction measurement achieved a mean of 3.10±0.41, 2.86±0.54 and 3.36±0.60 out of a maximum 5 points. Health concern was positively correlated with frequency, amount, weight of purchase and promote, confidence and quality factor of customer of satisfaction measurement. There were differences in the level of health concern according to the purchase of environmental friendly agricultural products(frequency, amount of purchase, weight, purchase course, importance of store type). These results suggest that the strategies of habitual use environmental friendly agricultural products to put in practice health promoting behavior is needed to improve quality of life in people. And The continuous publicity and systematic education on the importance of environment friendly agriculture is essential. The quality control of environment friendly agricultural products and local foods system should be done continuously.

인구증가와 고령화, 국제곡물가격 상승과 수급 불안정, 글로벌 식품시스템 구조 변화와 함께 안전한 식품과 건강에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 식품의 안전성에 대한 불안감을 해소하기 위해 친환경농산물을 이용하는 붐이 일어나고 있다. 본 연구는 건강관심도와 친환경농산물 구매행태 등을 조사하고, 건강관심도와 소비자들의 친환경농산물의 구매행태와의 관련성을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 친환경농산물 구매 활성화와 로컬푸드시스템 도입을 촉구하고자 하였다. 연구범위로는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 건강관심도와 친환경농산물에 대한 인식을 조사한 것으로, 표본은 대도시, 중소도시, 농촌지역 등 도시별 규모에 따라 서울특별시와 청주시, 홍성군 3개 지역을 선택하였다. 대상 지역에 거주하는 성인 남녀 395명에게 설문조사를 실시하여 설문 응답이 완전한 375부(94.9%)를 최종 분석대상으로 정하였다. 연구내용은 일반적 특성과 건강관심도, 친환경농산물 이용관련 변수 및 친환경농산물 구매만족도를 측정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 건강관심도는 친환경농산물 구매행태 및 구매만족도와 양의 관계로 나타났으며, 친환경농산물 구입 횟수가 증가할수록 2배 이상 높고, 월평균구입 액수가 20만원이상인 경우 4배가 높게 조사되었다. 따라서 건강관심도 증대에 따라 친환경농산물에 대한 인식을 제고해야 하고, 지역식량체계를 통한 친환경농산물 구매 확산에 노력해야 한다. 아울러 친환경농산물의 거래조건은 품질에 대한 신뢰로부터 출발하는데, 신뢰를 높이는 작업을 서둘러야 한다.
