미술활동을 활용한 교류분석 부부교육프로그램이 기혼 여성의 부부간 의사소통과 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과
The Effects of Art Activity in Transactional Analysis for Marital Education Program on Marital Communication and Satisfaction of Married Women
The purpose of this study is to show the effects of art activity in Transactional Analysis for marital education to improve marital communication and satisfaction. The objective of the program includes: the improvement of couple's self-understanding, in particular, understanding of personality, the enhancement of mutual communication by understanding the transactional analysis proper and stroke, and the increase of self-conditioned autonomy in continuous game-like psychological interactions, which is believed to be helpful for building mutual intimacy. This program is consisted of lecture, training, assignment, group activity and art activity. The sample for this study consists of 11 subjects who registered a course, 'Understanding Personality and Communication,' in K University Lifelong Education Center. Participants received one session per week for 2 hours and a half for 14 weeks. The effectiveness of the program was analysed by pretest-posttest comparisons on the participant group though the paired-t test. The scales adopted in the study were marital communication inventory and marital satisfaction scale. The results were as follows: First, there were significant increases of the level of marital communication. Second, there were not meaningful increases of the level of marital satisfaction. Thus the marital education program through art activity based on transactional analysis works for the improvement of marital communication.
