Abstract : There are closed school becoming worse over time through the birth rate drop by the exodus from agricultural areas and industrialization. Moreover, The applications of be closed school are not efficient and few studies about using youth center. Also, Adolescence which is the leader generation in future could not have advantages about youth center in rural area than in urban area. Therefore, The purpose of study is increasing values of education and local by using youth center with closing down schools. For moving ahead with study, I analysis about causes of origination of closing down schools with literature and refer to the reference of the current of situation in Gyeongsangbuk-do Local Education Authority and National Statistical Office for examination of practical use closed school through youth center. According to the plan, improvement of law and administration, plan of training center and suggest several cases which already in utilization.
