Abstract : A type relating to activities and requirements of adolescent depends on the circumstances due to the fact that many of them as a main user group of youth Facilities are affected by various circumstances. Therefore, the plan of form, scale and program of youth facilities should be considered in local environmental conditions. Leisure programs being carried out with school education should be operated efficiently by applying factors which result from survey of local environmental conditions to the plan of youth facilities. Therefore, this article intends to suggest basic date through a survey and analysis on administrative organization, regulation and environmental factors relating to adolescent for the efficient operation of youth facilities.
