- Abstract : In this study, previous studies the existing advocacy organizations identified as factors affecting the properties(the state agency supervision of the firm, participation in decision-making), self-efficacy, political efficacy variables perform advocacy activities focusing on the impact of youth leaders. To evaluate the predictive model is during the month of June 2009 and 7 national youth-related agencies and organizations working in the purposive sampling to target youth leaders called for a total of 159 were analyzed. The results are part of the leaders of youth organizations in the state supervision of the firm on average 3.86 (SD = .95) was higher than the average level of participation in decision-making 2. 78 (SD = 1.20) was found to be less than the normal level. In addition, self-efficacy of youth leaders averaged 3. 51 points (SD = .901) was higher than the average, self-efficacy areas of expertise average 3.46 points (SD = .94) an average 3.57 points to practice skills areas (SD = .84) than the more narrowly was found to be low. Youth leaders' political efficacy and the average score of 3.42 points (SD = .98) was performed advocacy activities averaged 3.03 (SD = 1.00) than the normal level was found. Perform advocacy activities of youth leaders around the state and the institutions supervision firm to participate in decisions, self-efficacy and a statistically significant positive correlation was found to perform advocacy activities of youth leaders in the models predicting self-efficacy and decision-making authority on the rights of the variables was found to be very important. Based on these findings, perform advocacy activities in youth leadership development plan and proposed recommendations.
