- This study investigated whether the outskirts of the capital city of Seoul, Andong and associations to identify and focus particularly on immigration and settlement was carried out. Japan and South Korea's traditional rural areas are expanded with the modernization and urbanization, has been developed around the government's policy direction, however, and residents of the community at all, depending on their social relationships, may produce different results. In this study, active sports areas, keeping in mind the traditional theoretical framework for understanding social relations of the 21st century provincial cities and rural areas in Korea may furthermore was a clear relationship with the community.
