The research which sees about leader type of crane Taekwondo players is the goal examines closely the research of the preference. In order to attain like this goal with the player who is registered in Korea Taekwondo association participated to a national dimension conference college student and in the object biased extraction process (Convenience Sampling Method) uses and extracts question Chelladurai and Saleh (1978) this Kim Byung Hyun etc. (changes sports leader conduct prosecuting attorney uses the fact that develops from 1990) these domestic and the sample and (Leadership Scale for Sports: LSS) came and player satisfactory question (Satisfaction of Team Member) to use the data which is collected frequency analysis of statistical program SPSS 12.0 for Windows and t-test, member variate analysis (one-way ANOVA) interrelations led and with afterwords the result which analyzes a same conclusion escape did. 1-5. From map conduct preference type of leader which follows in player career from all types player careers of 9 or more years appear with the fact that the map type is highest but was visible the difference which statistically considers to a player career from the remaining type which excepts an authority style. In the preference type which follows in player career and 11 or more of 7 or more years clearly will have the connection of the team members with case instruction and style will go and one spurt and with the fact that prefers the conduct of the leader which has an object most power emphasized form makes the kinetic accomplishment level of the sports star. About the motion accomplishment where the leader is fine of 5 or more years and of 9 or more years and the case affirmative repatriation style 11 or more in compliance with a compensation and the stamp provides a reinforcement to the players with the fact that prefers the conduct of the leader which has an object most.
