The most recent, desire of safety about person's life and property is increasing more and more as for crimes, disorder and various social phenomenon caused by urbanization, industrialization and information-oriented society. Especially, uneasiness phenomenon about security of the people's life is too serious.
Like this social uneasiness facts penetrate our society deeply to make healthy economic activity hard and specially all the people is in sign of crime and may be damaged.
Advanced countries already studied and developed the Private Security Business as the crime prevention-not national dimension but private dimension and now it is placed after the crime prevention of police. Though Private Security Business contributed to the crime prevention, the people tend to recognize it worthless owing to the traditional fixed idea between people at large and police organ.
To advance qualitatively and divide Private and Police effectively for Private Guard and Defense Guard, as well as system of the rule, need introduction of professional private security and improvement of the recognition about private security.
In Security Business, the system of professional security certificate of qualification is applied around the advanced nations just like US and, Japan and because it is set a high value, if our country, introduce national main security facilities, it is much meaningful.
It is possible to hush up the quality problem that was discussed up to date as the men who have National authorization-professional security certificate of qualification set in the important institution in country, and it is expected the efficiency of the security for the important national institution.
In this study, making comparative study the problems about the certificate of qualification connected korean private security and improvement program with system of cerfiticate of qualification on the life physical director, the social welfare worker and computer programmer, presented the problems of education system and the ideal introduction plan about Private Security and Professional Qualification System.
