Since 1980 Korea has been accepting the multicultural people. Especially for the marriage of agricultural village man and 3D phenomenon in Korea, Korea couldn’t avoid their influx. Korea has been changed into the multicultural society. Moreover multicultural family has many kinds of problem and conflict. Therefore we must know their problem, it’s background and their needs. Furthermore, it is very important to know the background of Korean culture and it’s emotional
base too.
They have needs various helping with Christian counseling, especially on behalf of their family interpersonal relationship and social adaptability.
Within the Christian world view, multicultural family is also the same creation from God. Therefore they should receive the love of God. This study will give the understanding about their speciality of psychological needs, state and condition of them. also will give explanation about
Biblical foundation for their helping.
In addition, this study will explain about Christian counselor’s capability: counselor’s self evaluation of conception about multicultural people, client’s world view in their traditional custom, their religion conviction, cultural prejudice, their historical background, multicultural race’s national sentiment and approach skill toward them.
