To secure the appropriate workspace plan and pleasant working environment in the office buildings, it needs to develop the quantitative planning indicators that enable to evaluate the design quality of workspace. The purpose of this study is to investigate the applicability and feasibility of quantitative architectural planning indicators to measure the objective level of workspace. In the review of applicability, the planning indicators were analyzed systematically, and the values of indicators were compared and reviewed by workspaces, by using the calculating formula of drawn planning indicators. In the review of feasibility, the effectiveness of planning indicators' values was reviewed by comparing the objective data values calculated by directly applying the developed planning indicators with the satisfaction values from the questionnaires to the workers. As a result, it was found through the linear graph that the values obtained objectively through the calculating formula for planning indicators are interrelated to the satisfaction values obtained from the questionnaires. Also, it was found that the satisfaction of workers depends on the values of workspace planning indicators, which means that the proposed planning indicators have the applicability.

오피스 빌딩에서 적정한 사무공간 계획과 쾌적한 업무환경을 확보하기 위해서는 사무공간의 설계수준을 평가할 수 있는 정량적인 계획지표가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 사무공간의 객관적인 수준을 측정할 수 있는 정량적인 건축 계획지표의 적용성과 타당성 검토를 하는데 있다. 계획지표의 적용성 검토에서는 국내 고층 오피스 빌딩을 대상으로 계획지표의 산출식을 이용하여 각 사무공간별로 지표값을 비교 검토하였다. 계획지표의 타당성 검토에서는, 산출된 계획지표값과 근무자의 설문조사를 통해 작성된 만족도 값을 서로 비교분석함으로써 지표값에 대한 유효성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 계획지표 산출식을 통해 객관적으로 얻어진 값과 설문조사를 통해 조사된 만족도가 서로 관계성을 가지고 있다는 것을 선형그래프를 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 사무공간의 계획지표 값에 따라 근무자의 만족도도 비례하여 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이는 제시된 사무공간의 계획지표가 효용성을 가지고 있다는 것을 의미한다.
