Walls [ formerly Director of the Center for the Study of Christianity in the Non-Western World at the University of Edinburgh, worked in Sierra Leone and Nigeria and has since taught in Europe and North America. He is currently Honorary Professor in the University of Edinburgh and a regular visiting Pro- fessor at the Akrofi-ChristaIIer Institute of theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana. He is founding editor of the Journal of Religion in Africa. ]
