This study banded the revised gravity center, the standard single facility location decision model(Gravity Center Model) and the transportation model into a new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model. In addition, this study suggested the double-Facilities Location of each industry in Shandong Province using the gravity center model and the revised gravity center model for example. As the result, the double-facilities's locations of Primary Industry are near the site of Haiyang and Tai'an. And the double-facilities's locations of Secondary Industry and Teritary Industry are near Haiyang and Laiwu. The new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model proposed in this study can be used to solve the location decision problem of more than two facilities. And it can be used in the fields such as the location decision of production facility and service facility, the location of distribution and logistics, the location of public service center, the location of broadcast and satellite communications, the location of wireless communication tower and so on.

매년 7% 이상의 높은 경제성장률을 보이는 중국에서는 효과적인 물류시스템구축과 운영이 중요한 과제로 인식되고 있으나 중국의 물적 유통시스템, 공급사슬관리에 관한 연구 성과는 미흡하다. 공급사슬관리의 생산요소 및 배송요소와 관련된 공장이나 창고 등 시설의 입지 문제는 물류관련 의사결정의 기본 단계라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 단일 시설입지결정모형인 무게중심법과 수송계획법에 본 연구에서 제안한 수정무게중심법을 결합하여 새로운 복수시설의 입지결정모형을 제시하고 이를 중국 산동성에 적용한 것이다. 본 연구의 복수시설의 입지결정모형은 생산 및 서비스 시설, 유통 및 물류 시설, 학교 등 공공 시설물, 방송 및 통신 위성의 위치, 무선 통신탑 입지 등에 활용할 수 있다.
