The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effects of Times in Stretching and Muscular Strength Training on the Range of Motion in Pelvic Joint and Isokinetic Muscular Function. Therefore, in this study, 30 subjects of college students male divided in three groups(Between Rest Exercise Stretching Group: 10, Before Exercise Stretching Group: 10, Control Group:10). All subjects were measured spine of pelvic joint ROM. and isokinetic variables, peak torque, average power in knee joint(right, left). statics analysis used two-way ANOVA and post-hoc Dunkan. The result of the present study were as Follows: 1. ROM(right, left) was significant between group, measurement-periods, effect-interaction(P<.05). 2. 60o/sec extension(right) average power was significant measurement -periods(P<.05). 60o/sec extension(left) measurement-periods was significant (P<.05). average power significant in effect-interaction(P<.05). 60o/sec flexion (right) was not significant between group, measurement-periods, effect -interaction in peak torque, average power. 60o/sec flexion(left) average power was significant in between group(P<.05). 180o/sec extension (right) measurement -periods was significant in average power(P<.05). effect-interaction was significant in peak torque(P<.05). 180o/sec extension (left) effect-interaction was significant in peak torque, average power(P<.05). 180o/sec flexion(right) was not significant between group, measurement-periods, effect-interaction in peak torque, average power. 180o/sec flexion(left) was significant between group in peak torque(P<.01), average power(P<.001). measurement-periods was significant in peak torque, average power(P<.05). effect-interaction was significant in peak torque(P<.01). Therefore basis of study, flexibility training and strength training study suggested maximal strength and flexibility on maximization for parallelism training adaption in periodization of practice on effect.
