This kind of esthetical desires originate from a hope that wants to live more comfortable than before and it is now being expressed by creative thinking.Creative thinking is a process of thinking how to achieve a wisdom or a beautiful and comfortable life by thinking and researching the answers of natural acts based on scientific concepts.When we think of beauty culture design as a oriental and western cultural phenomenon, the hair style's peculiarity appears following the conditions of various facts like politics, economy, sociology, culture and religious.The peculiarity of hair style was expressed as inner and outer side of human activity's beauty culture using hair according the satisfaction that appears during the body and spirit, religious rituals.There are several functions that hair has. First, it protects brain that is the most important organ of our body, Second, it represents the position or wealth of every individual. Third, it becomes an important method to satisfy the esthetic desire. Forth, it forms and expresses the cultural value of formative arts that represent the era. Hair style has changed and developed according to status, ideology, value, social status.In the modern society, hair style is an expression that shows special attraction and a way of finding oneself.
