The military humor expresses the Korean's cognition about the experience of military service as a contemporary oral literature. Especially the humor of private and bangwie-byeong(short srevice soldier) represents the confusion of social-identity as well as the desire of usual recovery by carving or impressing. Moreover, these humor show the newly foolish man(gomungwan) and the teasing bangwie-byeong as an another maginal man. After all these military humor have contrary cognition, normality and abnormality, standard and deviation, rationality and irrationality etc. This phenomena grows on process of adaption to military culture. The valance between body and mind is upset after conscription into army. The conflicts spring up in the period of military service and occur cultuer delay. It can be explained the concert of ambivalance and private's double gaze. The ambivalance of military service is connected the grouping us and them, and joined together the estimating them. Finally the enjoyment group of military humor represents the ambivalance of re-socialization. These military story show the message on love or hatred about army, and these humor have significance as contemporary oral literature and scene of jest or deviation.
