Along with the quick development of Chinese foreign trade, the Anti-dumping question became the focus of Chinese export goods in the world. There were 2840 Anti-dumping orders in the world from 1995 to 2005, thereinto, Chinese Anti-dumping orders were 469, took up 16.5% of the total Anti-dumping orders, China was the most country by suing Anti-dumping. Some scholars in China thought that Chinese non-market economy status was the most reason. It is very necessary to research the relation between Chinese non-market economy status’ rule and Anti-dumping system. This paper based on the scholars' researches and explained the non-market status rules of WTO, the US, EU, South Korea and the situation of Chinese responses to Anti-dumping. This paper pointed out the reasons of Chinese corporations suffered overseas Anti-dumping filings weren’t the non-market economy status but were the corporations’ reasons. This paper makes up of five chapters. First chapter introduced the background and objectives of research. Second chapter knew the forms and reasons of Chinese corporations suffered overseas Anti-dumping filings. Third and fourth chapter analyzed an association of non-market economy status on Anti-dumping and found the important conclusion that the corporations’ internal management and the national economy system conversion were more important than authentication formally of non-market economy status. Fifth chapter mostly introduced the conclusion and pointed out the problems that China will face in the future.
