The purpose of this study is to produce the proper basic data of parcel division in industrial areas. This study analyzes the unit-loading factors of required areas for industrial facilities per a company or an employee in order to determine the proper size of each parcel, which has not been established by a certain formula. The conclusion of this study will save the cost of industrial area development and contribute to the efficient site planning by avoiding excessive
or insufficient supply of land, showing the appropriate criteria for parcel division with regard to location of industry.
