Recently the interest regarding the quality of life came to be high and the damage as a sick house syndrome, atopy, which is caused by building materials is found out. Therefore, it is necessary to new concept of apartment design which is different from existing design. Ecological Housing Estate is residing form which healthy life is possible to use the energy with the nature environment in an ecology viewpoint.
The purpose of this study is analysed ecological architecture elements in apartment buildings and the results of this study could be used as fundamental data for apartment design.
