A lot of airport specialists predict that more convenient and better air service will be offered in the 21st century. It implies that an airport can hold a dominant position in competition with other airports around when its terminal can give passengers comfort and pleasure as well as playing a functional role to get in/off an airport. Satisfaction level which passengers feel for terminal facilities at the time of departing, arriving and transferring has a lot of effects on making them use the country and the country's airport again at the time of another traveling. Also, the above
passengers' satisfaction will give a lot of helps in strengthening an airport's hub function in the long term. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to be utilized as basic data at the time of establishing a plane plan of passenger terminal suitable to characteristics of the airline industry and airport conditions in the 21st century through analysis of terminal operating way, CIQ system and security check system which are influence elements of airport passenger terminal's plan composition having an effect on passengers' convenience.
