Because a paradigm of the current construction market has been changing to the consumer-oriented from supplier-oriented, it is the time that establish a new scheme to prevent the fault construction that will be able to give bad images to the customer.
The fault construction is one of the major factors that not only carry tremendous economic burdens to the nation and its people's back but also will not be survived on the fierce international competition in future. Therefore this paper proposes the construction management method to prevent the fault construction based on various published government data and expert
interview.
