Specially, expense is dominating much weights next to general administrative cost in distribution ration of management expense of apartment house is Heating Energy. It can say as the important matter that practice efficient energy administration in forward building grasping city gas consumption actual conditions in apartment house in this side.
Therefore, efficient administration of heating energy is important factor which relieve economical strain of tenants in apartment house.
