An estimate is job to calculate quantity materials which analyze two dimensions to three dimensions on drawing sheet.
Generally, it is important part in building equipment field, and needs lots of experience and time. But, for lack of technology books, data research on simplified survey method, equipment designs who has not been sufficiently to field work is difficult to approach or learn it. Therefore, this research would provide basic data on the simplified method of estimate such as on accessory
cost as a rate of main materials cost on education, apartment, office and hospital buildings.
