The purpose of this study was to analyze the public open space incentive zoning according to survey in site and interview on expert. Public open space incentive zoning did not reflect the quality urban environment. Also, equity of public open space incentive is advancing. Specially, mixed-use apartment was excepted in public open space mitigation regulation. Therefore, change of urban environment and problem by this and study improvement way of system. Standard that can estimate various kind of incentive and quality of public open space should be readied.
