The purpose of this study was to develop an interactive virtual model house for effective communication of space information on the web interface. A recent appearance of web media emphasized interactivity, the perceptual presentation of space information. This study had an aim to conduct the effective way of communication of space information and analyzed to
make virtual model house about 5 methods of VR technique, analyzed experienced system in real model house.
This research proposes a interactive virtual model house system module that make the best use of 'Image based VR' and 'Modeling based VR'. That have also demand-offer system so as an interactivity of experience. In addition, this module was interlocked by database and distributed processing on the spot of an end user's request.
