The purpose of this study is to propose the revitalization guidelines of central business districts in Jochiwon-eup Yeongi-Gun through analysis of landuse and questionnaire survey of retailers in C.B.D and experts in urban design.
The results of the research are as follows ; Firstly, as supplementary measure in politics 1) keeping in contact with Multifunctional Administrative City. 2) composing a new organization to revitalize C.B.D. with citizen participation 3) strengthening regulation function against large retail store. Secondly, as supplementary measure in enterprises, 1) securing a settled population and inviting base facilities to vitalize C.B.D. 2) starting with small-scale projects such as workshop, seminar and information technology education. Lastly, the foregoing policies and enterprises are put into integrated operation with implications.
