We are busy doing economical restoration due to plundering by alien power and korean-civil war for a half-century, would not do ESSD. Unfortunately, surrounding of our residence became poor and left the problem(many diseases and dangers) unsolved. For improve quality of the human life and do ESSD, need to development of ecological dwelling model, make of system that convenient and economical. This study will do analysis of examples, estimate economic feasibility and construct ability feasibility with LCC analysis to take a long time. As a result, can be got seven appraisal items.
