Mass housing supply strategy has had a limitation on the accommodation of the diversity of inhabitant even though it gives a solution for quantitative aspects. And, it brings on the economical and environmental problems due to reckless developmentsshortening the lifetime of the mass housing. The purpose of this study is proposing the way of affirming a sustainable mass housing in the current housing market needing the changes to a stock management-oriented strategy in a newly constructed housing supply of a mass housing. Therefore this research studies on the way of a sustainable housing application method having a high variable performance, and focuses on the sustainable development with the international trend of reserving
environment.
