The goal of this study is to analyze transformations of space composition logic in the case of super-high-rise mixed residence buildings' luxurious apartments in Busan after the policy of price deregulation. Nowadays so-called Jusanboghab apartment is becoming one of the principal residences for high class. So, It is possible to discover the model for the ideal housing which Koreans cherish and the grammar of space composition analysing space compositions
realized in Jusanboghab Apartments.
The results are as follow: Regardless of the diversity of unit plan types which is seen in our samples, the rules of space structuration are generally observed as in earlier times and in other types of apartment today etc..
