본 연구는 경영·회계 분야를 중심으로 직업계고–전문대학–대학 간 연계 교육과정을 사회적 융합 협력체계 관점에서 분석하였다. 산업 환경 변화와 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 분석 기준으로 설정하여, 단일 사례를 통해 교육 단계별 기능 분화와 숙련 심화 구조의 실제 작동 양상을 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 3+2+2 연계 모델은 기초–실무–분석·관리로 이어지는 누적적 역량 축적 경로를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 선이수 학점 인정과 재직 경력의 학점화는 일·학습 병행의 효율성을 제고하는 핵심 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연계 교육과정은 단순한 진학 체계를 넘어 고숙련 전문인력 양성을 위한 구조적 모델로 기능한다. 또한 직업계고–전문대학–대학 간 협력을 통해 직업교육의 지속성과 확장 가능성을 제시한다. 본 연구는 향후 전공 단위 직업교육 연계 모델 설계와 정책적 논의에 실증적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study analyzes an articulated vocational education curriculum linking vocational high schools, junior colleges, and universities in the field of business and accounting, from the perspective of a social cooperative system. Using changes in industrial environments and the National Competency Standards (NCS) as analytical frameworks, a single case study was conducted to examine functional differentiation and skill progression across educational stages. The findings indicate that the 3+2+2 model establishes a cumulative competency pathway from basic to advanced levels while enhancing educational efficiency through credit recognition and work–study integration. The study provides implications for expanding vocational education linkages into region-based collaborative models.
