본 연구는 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 자기주도적 학습능력 및 학업성취도와의 관련성을 파악하고, 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 G도의 1개 대학교 간호대학생 233명으로 자료수집은 2025년 11월 10일부터 11월 30일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, 피어슨 상관계수 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 학습몰입은 3.43점, 자기주도적 학습능력 3.51점 및 학업성취도는 3.36점이었다. 학업성취도는 전공만족, 대인관계 및 간호직의 생각에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 학습몰입 및 자기주도적 학습능력과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 학업성취도 영향요인은 학습몰입과 자기주도적 학습능력으로 설명력은 57.6%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 학업성취도 향상을 위해 학습몰입과 자기주도적 학습능력을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 이를 반영한 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

This study was conducted to identify the relationships between learning engagement, self-directed learning ability, and academic achievement among nursing students, and to determine the factors influencing academic achievement. The study subjects consisted of 233 nursing students from one university in G Province, and data collection was conducted from November 10 to November 30, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software through descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the subjects' learning engagement was 3.43 points, self-directed learning ability was 3.51 points, and academic achievement was 3.36 points. Academic achievement showed significant differences in major satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and perceptions of the nursing profession, and there was a significant positive correlation with learning engagement and self-directed learning ability. The influencing factors of academic achievement were learning engagement and self-directed learning ability, with an explanatory power of 57.6%. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen learning engagement and self-directed learning ability to improve the academic achievement of nursing students, and this can be used as basic data for the development of educational programs that reflect these factors.
