This study investigated Indonesian consumers evaluation paradigms for mobile food delivery services by examining both mobile and offline features. Based on prior research, information quality, system quality, and service quality were identified as critical consumer evaluation determinants of mobile delivery services. Since the total customer experience extends beyond online features, delivery service was incorporated as an offline antecedent. Furthermore, considering that the Indonesian delivery market is dominated by small businesses, this study compared and analyzed the difference in how street food seeker and non-street food seeker groups perceive the experience. The results demonstrated that information quality, system quality, and delivery service positively influenced platform trust, which in turn led to greater usage intention. In terms of intergroup differences, delivery service was the most important feature in forming platform trust for both groups. Information quality was revealed to be more important for street food seekers, while system quality was found to be more influential for non-street food seekers. These findings provide important implications for managing mobile food delivery applications and enhancing the competitiveness of delivery services.
